1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Zubulin LLC ("Zubulin," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates an online platform designed to connect individuals seeking purpose, personal growth, professional development, mentorship, and meaningful community engagement.

Our mission is to help individuals discover their purpose, recognize their gifts and talents, and connect with resources and people who can support their personal and professional journeys.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zubulin's website, mobile applications, community features, mentorship marketplace, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing paid services, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Zubulin is an adults-only platform.

To register or use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Provide accurate and truthful registration information.
• Comply with applicable laws in your country or jurisdiction.
• Not have been previously suspended or permanently removed from the Platform unless Zubulin has authorized your return.

Zubulin reserves the right to request age or identity verification and suspend or terminate accounts that fail to satisfy eligibility requirements.

3. International Users

Zubulin welcomes eligible adults from countries around the world.

However, availability of certain services, including paid subscriptions, mentorship transactions, identity verification, and mentor payouts, may vary based on geographic location, applicable laws, financial regulations, and third-party service provider restrictions.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws applicable to them.

Zubulin reserves the right to restrict access to certain countries, regions, services, or payment features where required by law or operational limitations.

Users must not access or use the Platform in violation of applicable sanctions, export controls, or other legal restrictions.

4. Account Registration and Responsibilities

Users must create an account to access certain features of the Platform.

When registering, users agree to:

1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
2. Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
3. Update account information when necessary.
4. Accept responsibility for activities occurring under their accounts.
5. Notify Zubulin promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

Users may not sell, transfer, share, or otherwise provide unauthorized access to their accounts.

Each individual may maintain only the number of accounts permitted by Zubulin.

Zubulin reserves the right to suspend accounts containing false information, fraudulent activity, impersonation, or violations of these Terms.

5. Identity Verification

Zubulin is committed to promoting a safer and more trustworthy community.

5.1 Mandatory Verification

Identity verification is required for:

• All paid subscribers.
• All mentors offering services through the Platform.
• All mentees participating in paid mentorship services.

Identity verification is optional for free users unless they seek access to features that require verification.

5.2 Verification Process

Zubulin may use independent third-party identity verification providers to confirm a user's identity.

Depending on the verification provider and applicable laws, the process may require:

• A government-issued identification document.
• A photograph or selfie.
• A facial comparison or liveness check.
• Additional identifying information reasonably necessary to establish identity.

Users consent to the collection and processing of verification information as described in the applicable Privacy Policy and verification disclosures.

Where legally required, separate consent will be obtained before collecting or processing biometric information.

5.3 Verification Fees

Zubulin may charge a one-time identity verification fee.

For users purchasing their first paid subscription, the verification fee may be collected together with the initial subscription payment.

For example, the first payment may include:

First Payment = Monthly Subscription Fee + One-Time Identity Verification Fee

Subsequent monthly payments will include the applicable subscription fee without another verification charge, unless additional verification is required and a new charge is expressly disclosed and authorized.

The verification fee, subscription fee, applicable taxes, and total initial payment will be clearly displayed before purchase.

5.4 Reverification

Zubulin may require additional verification when reasonably necessary due to suspected fraud, account security concerns, legal obligations, changes in account ownership information, or third-party verification requirements.

Any additional fee will be disclosed before it is charged.

5.5 Limitations of Verification

Identity verification is intended to help establish that an account is associated with a real individual.

Identity verification does not constitute a criminal background check, professional credential verification, character assessment, or guarantee of a user's honesty, qualifications, safety, or conduct.

Zubulin does not guarantee that verified users will act appropriately or fulfill their commitments.

Users remain responsible for exercising reasonable judgment when interacting with others.

6. Memberships and Subscriptions

Zubulin may offer free and paid membership options.

6.1 Free Memberships

Free memberships may provide limited access to community discussions, educational content, and other designated features.

Zubulin may modify available free features or introduce additional membership options.

6.2 Paid Memberships

Paid memberships may provide access to additional services, tools, community features, mentorship opportunities, or other benefits described at the time of purchase.

Subscription pricing and included features will be displayed before payment.

6.3 Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, monthly subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle until canceled.

By subscribing, users authorize Zubulin and its payment processing providers to charge the selected payment method for recurring subscription fees and applicable taxes.

6.4 Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel recurring subscriptions through the account's subscription or billing settings, or through another cancellation method clearly provided by Zubulin.

Cancellation stops future subscription renewals when completed before the applicable renewal deadline.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, access to paid subscription features continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

6.5 Pricing Changes

Zubulin may change subscription pricing with advance notice as required by applicable law.

Where required, users will be asked to consent before new pricing takes effect.

Users who do not agree to a pricing change may cancel their subscriptions before the new rate applies.

7. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

Zubulin facilitates payments for subscriptions and eligible services offered through the Platform.

7.1 Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through Stripe or other authorized payment service providers.

By making a purchase, users authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.

7.2 Platform Fees

Zubulin may collect:

• Subscription fees.
• One-time identity verification fees.
• Mentorship booking or service fees.
• Platform service or transaction fees, where applicable.
• Applicable taxes.

All mandatory fees will be disclosed before a transaction is completed.

7.3 Refunds

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or a separately disclosed refund policy:

• Subscription fees are generally nonrefundable once the applicable billing period begins.
• Unused portions of a subscription generally do not qualify for prorated refunds.
• Identity verification fees are generally nonrefundable once the verification service has been performed.
• Mentorship service refunds are subject to the cancellation and refund conditions presented when booking.

If identity verification cannot be completed or a service cannot be provided, Zubulin will assess refund eligibility under applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer refund or withdrawal rights.

7.4 Failed Payments

Zubulin may temporarily restrict paid features when a payment fails.

Users may be required to update their payment information before restoring access.

7.5 Currency and International Transactions

Transactions may involve currency conversion, international processing charges, or other financial institution fees.

Any currency conversion or additional fees controlled by Zubulin will be disclosed when applicable.

Zubulin is not responsible for independently imposed bank or card issuer charges.

8. Mentorship Marketplace

Zubulin provides a platform through which eligible users may connect with mentors for guidance, education, professional development, and personal growth.

8.1 Independent Mentors

Unless expressly identified as Zubulin employees or representatives, mentors operate independently and are not employees, agents, or legal representatives of Zubulin.

Mentors are responsible for the services, advice, representations, and commitments they provide.

8.2 Mentor Responsibilities

Mentors agree to:

• Complete required identity verification.
• Provide accurate information about their experience and qualifications.
• Represent their expertise truthfully.
• Clearly disclose service descriptions, prices, and availability.
• Conduct themselves professionally.
• Respect mentee confidentiality and privacy.
• Deliver purchased services in accordance with the agreed terms.
• Comply with applicable laws, including licensing and professional requirements.

Mentors may not falsely claim credentials, professional licenses, certifications, or affiliations.

8.3 Mentee Responsibilities

Mentees agree to:

• Complete required verification when accessing paid mentorship services.
• Communicate respectfully with mentors.
• Provide accurate booking information.
• Follow applicable booking, payment, and cancellation policies.
• Avoid harassment, threats, or inappropriate requests.

8.4 No Guaranteed Results

Zubulin does not guarantee that mentorship services will produce specific career, financial, educational, business, personal, or spiritual outcomes.

Results depend on individual circumstances and factors outside Zubulin's control.

8.5 Professional Advice

Unless a mentor is appropriately licensed and authorized to provide a regulated professional service, mentorship is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, mental health, tax, or financial advice.

Users are responsible for evaluating whether professional assistance is appropriate for their circumstances.

9. Mentor Earnings and Payouts

Zubulin may collect payments from mentees and facilitate payments to mentors through Stripe or another authorized payout provider.

Mentors must complete applicable onboarding, identity verification, tax documentation, and payment account requirements before receiving payouts.

Mentors authorize Zubulin, to the extent supported by its payment processing arrangements, to:

• Receive or facilitate payments associated with mentorship services.
• Deduct disclosed platform fees and applicable adjustments.
• Share necessary mentor account and transaction information with Stripe.
• Initiate transfers and payouts of eligible mentor earnings.
• Process authorized refunds, reversals, and payment dispute adjustments.
• Access and manage connected payment account information and payment activity to the extent necessary to administer the Platform.

Mentors remain responsible for providing accurate payout information and complying with applicable tax obligations.

Payout timing may depend on transaction settlement, fraud reviews, refunds, disputes, banking systems, and payment provider restrictions.

Zubulin will disclose its mentor commission structure, payout schedule, and applicable financial adjustments in a separate Mentor Agreement or payment schedule before mentors begin offering paid services.

Mentors may also be required to accept Stripe's applicable connected account or payout recipient terms.

10. Community Standards and User Conduct

Zubulin is intended to foster a respectful environment where people can connect, learn, grow, and support one another.

All users must treat others with dignity and respect.

The following conduct is prohibited:

1. Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or threats.
2. Discrimination or hateful conduct targeting protected characteristics.
3. Fraud, scams, impersonation, or deliberately misleading representations.
4. Sexual exploitation, coercion, or nonconsensual intimate content.
5. Promotion or facilitation of illegal activities.
6. Unauthorized collection or disclosure of personal information.
7. Spam, malicious links, phishing, or unauthorized commercial solicitation.
8. Posting content that infringes another person's intellectual property rights.
9. Attempts to bypass platform security or verification requirements.
10. Manipulation of ratings, reviews, recommendations, or platform transactions.

Users may not exploit the Platform or its members for deceptive financial gain.

Zubulin reserves the right to investigate reports and take appropriate enforcement action.

11. User-Generated Content

Users may create profiles, publish posts, participate in discussions, share resources, upload materials, and communicate with other users.

Users retain ownership of original content they create, subject to any rights they grant under these Terms.

By submitting content to the Platform, users grant Zubulin a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and technically adapt that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and promote the Platform, subject to account privacy settings and applicable law.

This license does not transfer ownership of user content to Zubulin.

Users represent that they have the necessary rights to publish any materials they submit.

Zubulin may remove content that violates these Terms, infringes third-party rights, or creates legal or safety concerns.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Zubulin respects the privacy of its users.

Personal information may be collected and processed for purposes including:

• Account creation and administration.
• Identity verification.
• Subscription management.
• Payment processing and mentor payouts.
• Community functionality.
• Security and fraud prevention.
• Customer support.
• Legal and regulatory compliance.

Zubulin may use authorized third-party providers to perform certain services.

Our separate Privacy Policy will explain the categories of information collected, how information is used, retention practices, international data transfers, and available privacy rights.

Identity documents and biometric information, where collected, may be subject to additional notices, retention rules, and legal protections.

Users should review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information.

13. Intellectual Property

The Zubulin name, branding, logos, website design, original educational resources, software, and other Company-owned materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly authorized, users may not:

• Copy or redistribute Zubulin's proprietary materials.
• Use Zubulin trademarks without permission.
• Reproduce paid courses or educational resources for unauthorized distribution.
• Reverse engineer or exploit proprietary platform software, except where permitted by law.

Users receive a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

14. Educational, Personal Development, and Faith-Based Content

Zubulin may provide resources relating to purpose, personal growth, career development, leadership, entrepreneurship, and faith-based perspectives.

Zubulin's mission and content may reflect Christian principles and values.

However, users are not required to adopt a particular religious belief to participate in the Platform.

All users are expected to respect others' beliefs, backgrounds, and personal convictions.

Educational, motivational, spiritual, and personal development content is provided for informational purposes and does not guarantee specific outcomes.

Users remain responsible for their personal decisions and actions.

15. Third-Party Services and External Links

The Platform may integrate or provide links to third-party websites, payment processors, identity verification services, educational providers, and other resources.

These services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Zubulin does not control all third-party services and is not responsible for their independent conduct, policies, or service availability, except to the extent responsibility is imposed by applicable law.

16. Reporting, Enforcement, and Account Suspension

Users may report suspected misconduct, fraud, harassment, identity impersonation, or other violations through Zubulin's designated reporting channels.

Zubulin may investigate reported violations and take action proportionate to the circumstances.

Possible actions include:

• Issuing warnings.
• Removing content.
• Restricting account features.
• Suspending access.
• Terminating accounts.
• Referring suspected unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities when legally justified.

Zubulin may take immediate protective action when necessary to address serious security threats, fraud, or risks of harm.

Where practicable and appropriate, users may be provided an opportunity to appeal enforcement decisions.

17. Account Termination

Users may request account closure through available account settings or by contacting Zubulin support.

Zubulin may suspend or terminate accounts for material violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, legal requirements, or serious security concerns.

Termination does not automatically eliminate outstanding payment obligations, valid refund claims, or other obligations that lawfully survive termination.

Information may be retained after account closure when necessary for legitimate legal, security, accounting, or regulatory purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Zubulin does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free functionality, the accuracy of all user-generated content, or the conduct of other users.

Zubulin does not guarantee that every identity verification process will detect fraudulent or inaccurate information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zubulin and its officers, employees, and authorized representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

To the extent permitted by law, Zubulin's aggregate liability arising from a claim relating to paid services will not exceed the amount the claimant paid directly to Zubulin during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot lawfully be limited for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to indemnify and hold Zubulin harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from their unlawful conduct, infringement of another person's rights, or material violations of these Terms.

This provision does not require users to indemnify Zubulin for Zubulin's own unlawful conduct or negligence where such indemnification is prohibited.

21. Disputes and Governing Law
