Accessibility
Zubulin™ is committed to making this platform usable by everyone, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, captions, or other assistive technology.
Our standard
We design and test against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard generally referenced for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). That includes:
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a "Skip to main content" link.
- Text and controls meet the minimum color-contrast ratios, and nothing relies on color alone to convey meaning.
- Images, buttons, and form fields have text labels that assistive technology can read.
- Pages have a clear heading structure and landmarks, and the page language is declared.
- Animations respect your system's "reduce motion" setting, and no content flashes.
- The site works at 200% zoom and on phone-sized screens without sideways scrolling.
Third-party services
Some steps use other companies' services, such as payment checkout and identity verification. We choose partners that publish their own accessibility commitments, but we don't control those screens. If one of them gives you trouble, tell us and we'll help you complete the step another way.
Tell us if something isn't working
If any part of Zubulin™ is difficult to use with your assistive technology, or you need content in another format, please contact us and we will respond within two business days:
- Email: support@zubulin.com
- Or use the Feedback button on any page.
Please tell us the page you were on and the technology you were using (for example, "VoiceOver on iPhone"), so we can reproduce the problem.
