Refund Policy

Memberships renew automatically and can be canceled anytime from your Billing page; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

If a renewal payment fails we'll retry your card and email you; your membership stays active during a short grace period.

Refunds for unused verification reports may be requested within 30 days of purchase by contacting support.
